To mark the release of George Monbiot’s forthcoming book “Feral: Searching for Enchantment on the Frontiers of Rewilding”, the Climate Outreach and Information Network (COIN) http://www.climateoutreach.org.uk are hosting an outstanding evening of enlightening discussions.  Not-to-be missed, this intimate book launch presented by George Monbiot and chaired by George Marshall, will delve into the fascinating depths of the hotly debated topics of Feral within the delightful surrounds of the historical Holywell Music Rooms.

COIN invites the audience to engage in a new and exciting perspective on climate change with one of the world’s leading environmental journalists and pioneers of modern thinking.

Rewilding is the mass restoration of the natural world.  George Monbiot will discuss how, by restoring habitats on land and at sea and bringing back fascinating and enthralling wildlife, we can not only throw destructive processes into reverse, but also radically alter the natural carbon cycle, reducing greenhouse gases in unexpected and remarkable ways.
